Set up alignment and tire rotation/balance service on our Sherrod-lifted F150 with Brandon via telephone on Friday. He stated he was "down to just two,' but that the technician who did our previous lifted-alignment was one of them, and that he will make sure he works on the truck this time, too. Brandon called just before noon with the good news that the work was done. Very impressed with Brandon's professionalism--his thoroughness and friendliness were flawless. More

I took my 2020 F-150 to Auto Nation Ford for Oil Change, Rotation of Tires & Repair of Door Locks. My Service Tech Moses Laray greeted me when I arrived. He asked about why I was there & once he found out he went to work and assured that he would take care of all my needs. When my vehicle was completed Moses called and advised that it was ready to go. Moses had John the transport person come pick me up and bring me to the dealership. The Carwash area had closed & Moses took upon himself to run my truck through the wash. made an appointment for service work to be done before warrant expires, got there they told me the appointment was for me to leave my truck there so it could sit there for 3 to 5 days before they would ev warrant expires, got there they told me the appointment was for me to leave my truck there so it could sit there for 3 to 5 days before they would even look at, if not under warranty I would have never left it. will never use that dealership again More
