My 2016 Ford Escape needed the Sync3 system audio to be repaired/replaced. Due to availability of parts, as well as labor, it took a few weeks before I could get it done. I arrived at the scheduled time of repaired/replaced. Due to availability of parts, as well as labor, it took a few weeks before I could get it done. I arrived at the scheduled time of around 8:15 am this morning but the service rep who was assigned to me wasn’t available due to a personal injury. Another service rep who had taken care of me on other visits named Moses stepped up and did a great job of getting everything done in about 90 minutes. Definitely a 5 star perfomance! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ More
