I brought my F-150 in for an oil change and tire rotation. My Service Advisor told me that my brake fluid needed to be flushed out because it was black. I told the advisor that I had all my fluids c rotation. My Service Advisor told me that my brake fluid needed to be flushed out because it was black. I told the advisor that I had all my fluids changed about 3-4 months ago at this Ford dealership because I bought my truck there and I’ve had all services done at this dealership. The service advisor had gotten my truck mixed up with another truck. Actually my truck was done. I paid my bill, they gave me my keys and I went to get in the truck. As I opened my door and I put my left hand in dirty grease on the door ledge. I had to go back inside to get a rag to clean my door ledge. The Service Advisor brought out cleaner and a rag and cleaned the dirty oil off my door and my hand. All work was done correctly and I am a satisfied customer. More

Purchasing a vehicle from AutoNation Ford Bradenton has been the worst customer experience I've ever endured. I financed a '16 Hyundai Veloster and after the fact discovered one of the speakers was blown a been the worst customer experience I've ever endured. I financed a '16 Hyundai Veloster and after the fact discovered one of the speakers was blown and found that one of the weather strips was missing after water was leaking through the window during a car wash. I brought the vehicle to the service department and had to repair these issues for $100 under the platinum warranty I purchased for the car as none of the work was covered under the dealership warranty. The weather strip was replaced just fine but when I went to drive off the lot, I noticed the speaker that was previously blown now did not produce the same quality of sound as the other speakers. It turns out they had ordered and installed the wrong speaker. I brought issue to their attention and they had to order another part which did not arrive until the day before this review was posted about half a week later. And on the day this review was posted when I went to pick up the vehicle after waiting over an hour for them to complete the repair, I went to visit to see the progress which had been completed without me being notified to find they had ordered the wrong speaker AGAIN. Now I am being asked to wait another week for the part which I am being assured is going to be the right part as for reasons that they could not disclose to me, they could not ship the part overnight. This has been the least satisfactory experience as a customer I've ever known and would never recommend AutoNation Ford Bradenton. The only saving grace of the dealership are employees Selena and Moses who have been the bearer of bad news to me on numerous occasions. The salesman who assisted me, who shall remain unnamed, I cannot say such high praises of. More
