I came in because my oil pressure light came on and my car died in the middle of a busy intersection, luckily down the street from Autonation Ford. I leased my car from this location and mostly use their service shop outside of any regular oil changes, but every time I go in there the staff is always very kind upbeat and hilarious. This round I worked with Andrew and Moses, and they were able to get a new engine which was covered under warranty as well as a rental car for three weeks to get my car taken care of. They were always so kind to me, patient, and accommodating. They took all of the fuss out of a very stressful situation, and every time I leave there I am always in a better mood than I went in More
