AutoNation Ford Bradenton - Service Center

I had a nail in my tire. I called and made an appointment with service, as I do have the tire protection plan. My appointment was set for 1:30pm so I dropped the car at aroun I called and made an appointment with service, as I do have the tire protection plan. My appointment was set for 1:30pm so I dropped the car at around 10:30am, since I was leaving it there anyway. I heard nothing from the dealership that day. I called the next day to check on the car and was told it was done. I had also asked for a car wash while they had my car. I was told "no problem that would be done" When I went to get the car. it had not been washed. The not being washed I can handle but the lack of communication needs some work. As a customer I don't feel I should be chasing down the work that is being performed on my car. More

My son took my car in for me for a recall since I was sick I was not able too. When he arrived home he said that was the first time everything was on schedule. As soon as I arrived they took the right in sick I was not able too. When he arrived home he said that was the first time everything was on schedule. Very happy with the short time it took for repairs. Not so happy the warranty did not cover it. Happy the service department reduced the cost of the parts to help with the expenses.
