I honestly was starting to stress that I was going to have to fly my wife back home alone, while staying extra days here waiting on my vehicle. I cannot stress enough how appreciated their compassion and care was. Now onto the WORK, my truck is running like new. I actually was self diagnosing an intermittent noise that turned out to be a bad hub they found and replaced. I was due for 60k service and had plans of scheduling that as soon as I got home. They knocked all of that out for me too!!! I now have my truck back in better shape than it was when I left and the peace of mind of knowing its gotten everything it needs!!! I had a few issues with my 2022 Ford Escape Plug in Hybrid. I called and was able to make the appointment within a week. After talking to the service appointment lady, she suggested the drop off and pick up service that Ford now offers. It was wonderful. They picked up my car and dropped the loaner. My vehicle was in the shop for 2 weeks. Unfortunately, there are some parts that are back ordered so they brought my car back and picked up the loaner. Once the parts are in we will do the swap again. When my vehicle was brought back it was SPOTLESS. inside and out. More
