My son took my car in for me for a recall since I was sick I was not able too. When he arrived home he said that was the first time everything was on schedule. I had a nail in my tire. I called and made an appointment with service, as I do have the tire protection plan. My appointment was set for 1:30pm so I dropped the car at aroun I called and made an appointment with service, as I do have the tire protection plan. My appointment was set for 1:30pm so I dropped the car at around 10:30am, since I was leaving it there anyway. I heard nothing from the dealership that day. I called the next day to check on the car and was told it was done. I had also asked for a car wash while they had my car. I was told "no problem that would be done" When I went to get the car. it had not been washed. The not being washed I can handle but the lack of communication needs some work. As a customer I don't feel I should be chasing down the work that is being performed on my car. More
