Service department is easy to work with and prompt. The prices quoted on some of the recommended services were beyond crazy. The hood on my 2019 F450 needs new struts. You can pick them up off Amazon o The prices quoted on some of the recommended services were beyond crazy. The hood on my 2019 F450 needs new struts. You can pick them up off Amazon or any auto parts store for around $40 and it’s a 5 minute install. They recommended that mine be replaced and quoted me $240 for them! I understand the dealer being more expensive than doing them yourself but come on. More

I was driving down 41 when my check engine light came on.
