The service was to bring my Sync 3 up to date. It only took 4 days for the part to arrive. The service department did a really good job. As far as Ford is concerned, I have been waiting since Se It only took 4 days for the part to arrive. The service department did a really good job. The one that came with the car will not connect to my garage door opener. Hopefully someday before this coming October we will get that done. My warantee expires October 2023. More

Service department is easy to work with and prompt. The prices quoted on some of the recommended services were beyond crazy. The hood on my 2019 F450 needs new struts.
