AutoNation Ford Bradenton - Service Center

When I dropped off my car, it was cold and I stood outside a long time waiting for someone to talk to about my car. I went inside twice and they told me someone would "be right with me". They weren outside a long time waiting for someone to talk to about my car. I went inside twice and they told me someone would "be right with me". They weren't. Then, they said "one or two days". I left it on Monday morning. I started calling on Wednesday afternoon and continued calling well into Thursday. No one ever returned my call when I used the "check on status" choice on the answering machine. So, then I started calling and choosing the "schedule an appointment" option. I finally talked to someone who did, eventually, have the correct person call me back. They had ordered a part and it will not be in until the end of February. It took three days and a lot of frustration to find out they didn't do anything to my car. More

Excellent service. Aaron was fantastic. Dropped truck off for a recall. He said it may take awhile. He called me 2 hours later and said it was ready. I didn't have Aaron was fantastic.
