Previous dealings with Auto Nation were not good since always had to wait much longer than necessary for appointments to be honored. My family and I have been coming here for years, and there is always a problem post-service. Either what was needing to be done to the car was not done, or the car comes out with a completely different there is always a problem post-service. I visited for a simple repair of a recall regarding a parking brake issue. I was told that it would take about an hour and a half so I came back 3 hours later. No work had been done on my vehicle due to parking brake issue. I was told that it would take about an hour and a half so I came back 3 hours later. I bought my car from AutoNation and had a great experience. Now that my 5 free oil changes have been used, I'll be looking for a new place to service my car. Either they couldn't find my name in their appointments, they didn't have the part (even though I scheduled weeks in advance and they knew what was needed) or it took hours. My last appt for an OIL CHANGE - I was there for 2-1/2 hours!!! The staff is nice but some serious management or organization is needed! I wont be taking a half day off work for an oil change again... More

Fair prices and good turn around time. I have had my 2004 f350 6.0 in this shop a couple of times over the years and when I need parts I tend to go with genuine ford parts especially when I have had my 2004 f350 6.0 in this shop a couple of times over the years and when I need parts I tend to go with genuine ford parts especially when it is hard to reach like glow plugs or an oil cooler. Recently I got the wiring harnesses glow plugs and module but the wiring harness was too short. They were able to not only match after market prices but also swapped out the harnesses without a hassle. Also when I needed a front end alignment they were able to squeeze me in when the service center opened for the day so I could leave town on time. The only thing keeping them from getting 5 start was the fact they had Fox fake news going in the waiting room and some of the service techs at the counter were spewing anti Biden propaganda.
