After the first visit, I gave them a second chance. One time, its your doing. If it happens a second time, its my doing. That means it won't happen a third time. Their service managers leave a lot to be desired (specially Thomas Sharpe, I believe his name is)...management is great. But you only deal with them when there is an issue. I will find another Ford dealership to service my vehicle. More
They couldn't repair a window track that was tacked up with tape. I So Upset with the incompetency. I asked that they look at the rear window and re-tape the plastic track that had come down. It had two types of tape already on the track , which told me that it had fallen down before I bought the vehicle NEW, and I asked that they take the old tape off and put on new and install the window. But they insisted that the whole window had to be replaced and that it was not covered under my extended warranty which was a bunch of bull malarkey. I usually like the service of AutoNation Ford in Bradenton, but now, I'm reconsidering my opinion about them. Prices are very high for a tech and no discounts on the parts. So sad really. More

Still dont have a working car! I have been waiting since july of 2022 for a part....it just came in 2 weeks ago. I was told it would be 2-3 days and here we are 2 weeks later and s I have been waiting since july of 2022 for a part....it just came in 2 weeks ago. I am done with ford because they just ignore me and my calls....thanks ford for.making me feel insignificant. Please dont apologize on this public thread and continue to ignore me....cause thats whats happening.. More
I can't begin to tell you how poor of follow up that the service department was. They misplaced my vehicle for 13 days before finally going out to walk their lot and physically find my vehicle. This was also suppose to be a covered warranty repair per the Auto Nation store I purchased it from and between the 2 Auto Nation dealerships I was held to pay for the repair to get my vehicle returned to me. I was promised that I would receive calls back to resolve the issue but now nearly another 2 weeks later I have not received any call from the people at Auto Nation Ford Bradenton or Auto Nation Toyota Pinellas Park where I purchased the vehicle. My next action is to file complaints with the state and then small claims if it is not resolved. More
Previous dealings with Auto Nation were not good since always had to wait much longer than necessary for appointments to be honored. My family and I have been coming here for years, and there is always a problem post-service. Either what was needing to be done to the car was not done, or the car comes out with a completely different there is always a problem post-service. Even an instance of being told we need a new air filter, after one was put in by us two days before. Be cautious when going here. More
