The problem was diagnosed (molded lead frame) repaired by Vic’s Performance Transmission in Palmetto. The elapsed time from drop off to pickup was 30hrs vs the dealership estimate of 3 - 5 days for diagnosis and 2 weeks for delivery of the same part. In addition, the service departments refusal to acknowledge that your employees statement that the repair was under is very disconcerting.
