I'm now enjoying driving my truck again and so glad that I decided to restore it rather than sell it. It drives like new but feels like the old days. Moses was great. I've worked in the dealership business for 40+ years. My overall experience was shock and disbelief. When I walked in and no one even acknowledged my I've worked in the dealership business for 40+ years. My overall experience was shock and disbelief. When I walked in and no one even acknowledged my presence for 3 to 5 minutes. While waiting, 1 advisor hung up from a customer and started complaining to his co workers about how demanding the customer was and not going to get what they expect and on and on. Moses walked in from outside and must have noticed my shock and offered to assist right away. I had a question about a coupon and he attempted to ask his boss about it and that boss was so RUDE in front of everyone! Again, Moses must have seen my astonished look and apologized. I even said loudly that guy was REALLY RUDE! If I need warranty work I might be forced to come back, but the drive to Sarasota might be worth it to not experience what happened. Again I can't say enough good about Moses. He should look for a job with a better work environment! More
Made an appointment for service and was advised by Shaneesa that if the problem was as stated that the repair was covered by warranty. I showed up at service for my appointment and was advised that th Shaneesa that if the problem was as stated that the repair was covered by warranty. I showed up at service for my appointment and was advised that the employee had misspoke and the repair if diagnosed as described wasn’t under warranty. I was advised that it would take 3 - 5 days to diagnose and if the diagnosis was a molded lead frame, it would take a minimum of two weeks to get the part. I asked the service agent if he went to the doctor for an appointment and was told he would have to wait 3 - 5 days to see the doctor, how would he react? I told the agent that if that was the best they could do, I would go to another dealer when it came time to purchase my next F-150. As I left the dealership, I made an appointment at Vic’s Performance Transmission who diagnosed and replaced the molded lead frame in less than 36 hours. I will never grace the door of AutoNation Ford again. More
