I brought my vehicle in Ford for service, Paul was my advisor-actually my wife's advisor. I am writing because of how poorly he treated her. She told me he was extremely rude. Christian, my sales person was absolutely wonderful. The manager named Pete met me at the desk and assigned me to him. Robert and finance was pleasant, but I felt a little bit rushed.
