I worked with Donavan on a recent service request for my Ford Bronco. This involved ordering a part and using Ford Pass points. Donavan was eager to help and very informative when discussing the service. Ford Bronco. This involved ordering a part and using Ford Pass points. Unfortunately the experience have not been good lately, brought the truck for a series of problem that needed to be addressed, and had to call a few times trying to find out why it was taking so long and l brought the truck for a series of problem that needed to be addressed, and had to call a few times trying to find out why it was taking so long and leaving a voice message but no response, after 4 weeks they had the vehicle the called saying it was ready and I came to pick it up and only 1 of the 4 issues was resolved, I said I didn’t want to take it back as I needed the other things to be fixed, and theses problems was confined by the service advisor but they didn’t car to work on it. They kept the truck for another weeks and a half and called me it was ready, came over to pick it up and now only one of the 4 remaining problem was fixed. Unfortunately I think they don’t really care about their customers concerns. Now they had to schedule another day for me to come over to solve the remaining issues, and it drives me to always check if whatever issue I bring the truck in for have really been fixed as I’m not sure if I can trust them. This is sad More
The worst experience of my life! Left my vehicle for repair of a strut that was swept under the rug upon purchase. Yet, confirmed to need repair by a different GMC dealer and within warranty... After 1.5 months of AUTONATION having my vehicle "for repair", and MULTIPLE voicemails without response, I finally got word "they could not reproduce the issues & the vehicle was ready". Although paperwork suggesting repair was provided upon drop off from GMC Certified mechanic. With things not adding up, a 3 hour commute for a pop in visit was made- to find my vehicle DAMAGED from an unexplained collision, 700+ unexplained miles and no repairs made to the strut. This "business" could not explain the location of my vehicle while in there possession, how the damage occurred and/or who had been driving the vehicle. The mileage discrepancy was said to be an entry error (proof upon drop off this was not an error) The damage was initially denied to full extent by Auto Nation.. Then images were cross referenced from drop off, showing no prior damage & obvious NEW Front end DAMAGE .. With their hands tied, they offered body damage repair but refused to provide a new full point inspection as the damage did appear to be a big deal to THEM. OVERALL- The finger was pointed at me for buying a used vehicle in the first place, GM Billy is a complete xxxxxxx & con artist at the least. When no agreement was made on AutoNation's part, to fix the damage they caused and or the original repair of the struts (under warranty), the suggested help of a lawyer was mentioned... The response from AutoNation was "Good, we have a building full of them. Good luck". What great customer service! Pat on your back GM Billy & Josh Benjamin. With utter disrespect, unethical behavior & being taken full advantage of as woman, the only semi solution to this nightmare was involvement of a male. Call me a Karen, but this a fair warning to steer clear of this ruthless establishment and it's shady people. More
I switched to this dealership because Evergreen Ford could not repair my vehicle after several attempts. Although I had to reschedule my appointment, the overall impression of my first visit was good. I could not repair my vehicle after several attempts. The service dept has terrible customer service. They don't answer the phone. They don't return phone messages. They are closed when their hours stated in their phone message said they would be open. (In desperation I visited in person to find out status of my vehicle.) They didn't start working on my vehicle until weeks after the appointment. Finally my vehicle was reassigned to a new service advisor, John Sells, who has been helpful. More
