I purchased a vehicle from these guys last month. The salesman was a consummate professional but my satisfaction ended there. in the past month I have a few small problems with the car and I have to say salesman was a consummate professional but my satisfaction ended there. in the past month I have a few small problems with the car and I have to say that contacting a human being there is virtually impossible due to the extremely bad phone menu system. It literally does not work at all. Making selections offered by the menu only sends you back to the point you started and you can never make contact with anyone there to get service or even ask a simple questinon. Eventually you will get the option for a call back. Selection that gives you the option for a call back, again, over and over and over. Tried to get a call back 5 times, not once did I get a call back that day nor the next day. Went into the dealership to finally get answers about how/when to get my plates, registration and title and also to give inform them of the complete lack of ability to contact them by phone and one of the people, a nice looking older gentleman LAUGHED AT ME. HE LAUGHED AT HIS CUSTOMER'S complete frustration regarding the phone menu. It was all I could to not to punch him in the face after literally making dozens of attempts and waiting for hours and days to ask questions and schedule service (which in my opinion should have been performed before selling me the car in the first place), AND GIVE THEM MONEY! I have attempted to express my frustration numerous times in various ways and when I drive over to get answers THEY LAUGH AT ME. NEVER AGAIN AUTONATION FORD. NEVER AGAIN. They have made it glaringly obvious and demonstrated without any doubt whatsoever that they have ZERO interest in doing business with me. I find it astound that they don't want my money. Seems to me that that's what they're in business for but apparently not. I will drive 50 miles to another dealership if I have to but I am not going to waste a second more of my time trying to give them my business in the future. Not going to happen. I'm done with them. Extremely disappointed and frustrated. AutoNation Ford of Bellevue if you're reading this, you've got to fix your ridiculously non-functioning phone menu system. You're losing customers, you're losing business, and you're losing revenue. Fix it. More

I responded to a survey concerning a recent visit to your Service Department and I made a negative comment about a failed part in the overhead console in my Lincoln Town Car. This was just my frustration wi Service Department and I made a negative comment about a failed part in the overhead console in my Lincoln Town Car. This was just my frustration with Ford Motor Co. over an issue that occurred in 2005 when I purchased my Lincoln Town Car from Bellevue Lincoln Mercury which was directly across the street from your dealership where I bought the car. No way was this negative comment directed against Bryan, your Service Technician. I have nothing but the utmost respect for Bryan. He has been very professional and respectful in all aspects of my service experiences with your dealership. By the way, my beef with Ford Motor Co. and the Lincoln Mercury Dealership concerns promises made to me at the time I purchased my 2005 Lincoln Town Car. Specifically these promises included a $1,000.00 credit off the sales price once all negotiating was completed. And secondly, I wanted to pay cash for the vehicle but was told if I financed it for two months before paying it off I would receive another $1,000.00 credit. Well, I received neither credit. I wrote a letter to Mr. Darryl Hazel the President of Lincoln Mercury Division and I was told the General Manager at Bellevue Lincoln Mercury wanted to personally talk to me. I went to the Dealership and instead of meeting with the General Manager I was directed to the Used Car Sales Manager. After discussing my issues I was told there was nothing they could do about it. End of discussion. As a result of all this, I will never again purchase a Ford branded vehicle. More
Last Saturday my car stalled over 30 times in a 5 mile radius. I immediately took it into this dealership as this has happened before only the last time it was at 60mph on the freeway & there is no way to radius. I immediately took it into this dealership as this has happened before only the last time it was at 60mph on the freeway & there is no way to re-start a manual transmission at that speed. Although they were crowded Saturday, asked Josh to listen and take a look. He ignored me. As I was going out, the car stalled at least 10 times more. Again ignored. It would have taken 5 minutes for a mechanic to listen and drive 10 feet to see what was going on. Sunday, the stalling stopped. I went in this Monday morning to talk with the service manager. Josh, not the service manager, took about 10 minutes to find him & when the Service Manager came back he had a look of terror on his face. Whatever Josh said to him made him too scared to talk. He just shrugged his shoulders. It looks like Josh is the neighborhood bully. I wonder how many of there former customers won't come back. This will be forwarded to their corporate office. More
I had an Explorer that I purchased and had serviced here - always a problem with service. So, next I bought a Lincoln Navigator... but then this Ford dealership bought the Lincoln dealership. Tried their - always a problem with service. So, next I bought a Lincoln Navigator... but then this Ford dealership bought the Lincoln dealership. Tried their service again and had them charge me for things they didn't fix, seemed to always be adding things on to the price, and had several things they never could fix right. Finally started taking my Lincoln to the Ford dealership down in Kent (about a 30-40 minute drive) so I wouldn't have to deal with this place again. More
I spent months trying to get a "we owe" done I spent months trying to get a "we owe" done from a purchase of a used van. Had severel appts but each time the part was not there. Told to contact s I spent months trying to get a "we owe" done from a purchase of a used van. Had severel appts but each time the part was not there. Told to contact sales. Sales wont return calls (Eric) Everyone points the finger at the other and nothing gets done. Of course, its all my fault for not keeping the appt, no one seems to have a record of the fact I did not keep the appt because I was told the part was not there. This is obviously a scam to prevent honoring "we owe" provisions. Or course, as soon as they got our money, no one wants anything to do with us. What a scam, typical of the stero type stories you here about auto people. Now, apparently, time has expired. Nice work Bellvue ford/lincoln. Now its my word against a bunch of sleaze balls that will work togheter to screw the consumer. All I can do is spread the word about my experience. The dealer of course, continues on. Who cares rigth? More
I purchased a Mustang Convertible in July 2011. Very nice car but found out when it rained, which does alot in Seattle area. Rain hit and found out that this car was not as perfect as they had said. Water no car but found out when it rained, which does alot in Seattle area. Rain hit and found out that this car was not as perfect as they had said. Water normally goes down side of top, into side panels of back seat and drains out. I had on each side of car a sloshy lake. Was really bad. The sales manager and Kevin fought on this in regards to taking care of it. After a bit, they finally decided they would look at both sides and fix whatever was wrong at no charge to us. They said that the drain holes were very clogged. They said it is a difficult thing taking it all apart and would take the whole day to do it. I remember them calling some hours before it was originally suppose to be done though. I wondered then if they had really done both sides or just said they would. It was fixed, they said, and we did pay nothing. Was happy with it for a couple months till the lake developed again on driver side. Called into service and they told me to bring my car in again, but would check with the service manager and call me back and confirm all this. Never did hear back from anyone for three days. I finally called back and talked to service manager. I believe now I was right, that they really only did do the one side. They tell me now to go to a professional on this matter and that they would not take care of it. Would never go to Bellevue Ford again, for any reason. Highly recommend Ford of Kirkland though where there are so many nice, knowledgeable people. Service department at Ford of Kirkland has been the absolute best as be bought our new Edge there. Would never let Bellevue Ford ever touch my car, not even for a maintenance. Would NEVER recommend Bellevue Ford!!!!!!!!! More
