Very disappointed that Ford will not take take of the dreaded PowerShift transmission problem on my 2014 Ford Focus. I bought this Focus in 2017 from Bellevue Ford not knowing of the then known design fl dreaded PowerShift transmission problem on my 2014 Ford Focus. I bought this Focus in 2017 from Bellevue Ford not knowing of the then known design flaw, and was never notified about the 100k, 7 years grace period extension. My 2014 Focus is now at 94k, but as it is at 7 years, apparently I will not be taken care of even though I bought the Focus in 2017 when Ford knew of this issue. More

I was in an out as promised for replacement of my driver side inflator at no cost to me. Though this was months after I had received the original recall notice. Original recall notice mentioned that when my dealer gets “significant supplies“ of new parts to replace my Takata airbag inflator, then I will be notified by them to set up an appointment with them. My guess is, that while they have “insignificant supplies“, only VIP customers will be contacted to get their faulty airbag inflator’s replaced ASAP. More
