The check in guy was nice and very personable, he took care of me right away. We have been getting our F-150 serviced at this dealership because we purchased our new truck there in 2017 and paid for the service contract. The service has never been ready when they say it wil dealership because we purchased our new truck there in 2017 and paid for the service contract. The service has never been ready when they say it will and because we live outside of their shuttle service we have had to wait for them to complete. Our last service was December 21st and the were 30-40 mins. late. Plus, because there was an issue with their computer they said they would email us the report of what they did and the inspection results. As of today, after what is now our 4th follow-up call, we still have not received our report. We will NOT use this dealership for any service once our paid contract is up. More

AutoNation Ford of Bellevue Team members are always nice and collaborative. We had to update the software to allow the driver's door to open with the FOB. They took care of us (free ride home and back to de and collaborative. We had to update the software to allow the driver's door to open with the FOB. They took care of us (free ride home and back to dealer few hours later) and completed the job in a timely fashion, plus a Brown bear car wash coupon. Keep doing the great job! More
