Absolutely outstanding experience at AutoNation Bellevue Ford Dealership. My pickup had a faulty Rear window and stopped defrosting. Josh Benjamin and Dealership went above and beyond to cover the expired w Ford Dealership. My pickup had a faulty Rear window and stopped defrosting. Josh Benjamin and Dealership went above and beyond to cover the expired warranty on already replace glass in 2018. Specifically want to mention Josh who worked with Ford to cover much 60% cost, then Dealership covered rest of the remainder cost. I can’t be humble at this gesture of Josh, AutoNation Bellevue Ford and Ford to cover the cost and earn 5 star satisfaction/experience/service ratings. Thank you More

Steve Martin is amazing. Let's get that straight, Steve is 5 stars, the service center is 3 stars. Steve is the only reason I keep returning to Autonation Ford for my service. Took two weeks to complete a simple starter switch replacement. Granted there were holidays and snow in there but it was also borderline impossible to get a hold of anyone for updates whether I called replacement. I really dislike the dealership but have no choice with a hybrid engine. More
