Went down to get my license plates and mentioned to the salesman my hood was not properly aligned. He suggested we have service take a look at it. We moved the truck to service and chatted for a couple m salesman my hood was not properly aligned. He suggested we have service take a look at it. We moved the truck to service and chatted for a couple minutes. A tech walked by us and looked at the corner of my hood, walked around us to the other corner of the hood. "It's the bump stop," he said. He (Michael Roberts) opened the door, popped the hood latch, ignored my yapping chihuahua, closed the door, opened the hood, adjusted a couple of rubber-screw thingies and closed the hood. Two minutes and everything lines up! Nifty. Why no 5? Even I don't get a 5, so 4 is as good as it can get. Great dealer. More
