He will also ask me before or even while the work is being done, if I have any other concerns or needs that have come to mind. He looks you straight in the eye and gives you 100% focus and attention as if I was his only customer of the day. It appears that his peers in Service are all a well oiled (pardon the pun) team who back each other up in many ways.
