Walked out with unforeseen expenses paying nearly $200/hr for trivial services (oil/filter & water pump change). Ford had my car for half of a day, resulting in incredibly high costs when my initially-report for trivial services (oil/filter & water pump change). Ford had my car for half of a day, resulting in incredibly high costs when my initially-reported problem was not reviewed. Service Tech's did a fantastic job. Ford is charging too much considering the value they are able to actually provide. I additionally scheduled my Ford visit with 1 month's notice and requested a loaner car because I could not afford to be impacted with work. Despite being assured, there were no cars available upon dropping off my car which directly impacted my day. To prevent losing opportunity for repeat business, please consider reconciling this situation based on the quality of the visit as described above. Thank you. More

From the friendly scheduler, Risa, who took my initial phone call to setup my appointment, to Mike at t professional interactions the whole way thru.
