Josh Benjamin in Service went above and beyond anything expected to quickly repair a leaking rear axle pinion seal! He even had it driven home when I was out of town and unable to pick it up. Very poor and actually zero communication. I made an appointment for basic maintenance - oil change, tire rotation, etc. and when I dropped it off in the afternoon I had to ask when it would I made an appointment for basic maintenance - oil change, tire rotation, etc. and when I dropped it off in the afternoon I had to ask when it would be ready to which the answer was "not sure, are you leaving it overnight?" Why would you ask me that? I made an appointment so that I could get this done that day! I ended up leaving the car and did not hear 1 word until I called. At that point they had said they had a large back log and hadn't gotten to it. I ended up going back and picking my car up and taking it to a different place to get the oil changed. Zero communication, zero help. More
