I came in with a screw in a rear tire, on my 8 month old hybrid Maverick, with only 2909 miles on it. My car was in the shop for two weeks before I received a voicemail informing me that the power inverter needed to be replaced. I called them back every day, leaving messages asking for a return call, but no one ever got back to me. After three weeks of no response, I went in person to find out what was going on. The service manager told me they had the parts and promised to call me back within two hours with an update. He never called. I continued to call his direct line daily, leaving messages, but still received no response. After four weeks, I visited the service center again, only to find that the repair was still not completed. Frustrated, I picked up my truck and decided I will never return. Avoid using this service if you value your time and want reliable communication. More
