After a good purchase experience in 2019, I just had the longest, most infuriating service experience. After weeks of unreturned phone calls/emails to multiple people there, I finally had to raise all holy longest, most infuriating service experience. After weeks of unreturned phone calls/emails to multiple people there, I finally had to raise all holy xxxx just to get my truck back in time for use for a job. And to top it off, the original issue that brought the truck in for service was never fixed. I'm done with AutoNation Ford Bellvue. More

We made an appointment to check the Trailer brakes on our truck. They do not trigger the trailer to brake unless you manually squeeze the module (which is a test not a brake system). We told them that we had taken the truck and trailer to where we purchased the trailer. They tried it and found the same thing we found. Then they hooked the trailer up to one of their trucks and it worked fine. AutoNation told me they hooked up their meter and everything works fine. I asked if it worked when they pressed on the brake (no they didn't) I told them what I told them when I dropped off the truck. He said "Oh, you need a new module, I will order that from you." And I need to keep your truck over night for a factory recall. They gave me a text number that they would use to keep me informed. I sent them a text message at 3:00 asking if they were done, and tell them I need my truck to get home. I repeated the message at 4:00. no response so I called and asked what was up. They had been emailing my wife, not calling me or texting me, they had not even read my text messages until I told them about them. I was told, "sorry we need to keep the truck over night so we can work on the recall." I asked for a loaner and was told they don't have any. Regardless they did find me a loaner and I picked up my truck the next day. More

Michael was very attentive and was able to expedite part delivery to replace a manufacturing defect so my car was back to like new within a day. Typically taking a car in for recall work is a full day affai delivery to replace a manufacturing defect so my car was back to like new within a day. Typically taking a car in for recall work is a full day affair without the car, but I was in an out within two hours and then the next day he was able to install the part within 5 minutes and I was on my way. He was very friendly and approachable and I will be sure to schedule with him next time around. More
