They fix the root cause! They aren’t afraid to figure that out or spend the time. Other dealer I bought the truck from constantly didn’t fix the problem. Second time taking our vehicle to this dealership. 1st time was bumped by other vehicles even though we had an appointment, simple oil change ended up taking 3 hours.
