I took my car for service and a recall fix at AutoNation Ford, and while the overall repair took longer than expected, the representative, Connor, was very helpful. Although there was some miscommunication with a previous representative, Connor resolved the issue. AutoNation Ford also assisted me in getting a rental (loaner) car while my car was at the dealer. I went to have my car battery checked as it had lost the charge a week ago and I was getting a message that I needed to shut down the car or do a start-up. It happened again, so I took it in to see what was charge a week ago and I was getting a message that I needed to shut down the car or do a start-up.
