These are difficult times and scheduling a vehicle to be worked on may be weeks out. They took my walk in quickly where my car battery was dead, I had a lifetime warranty on battery but they didn't have my battery in stock so in order to drive it home, I was offered a Ford battery or ren dead, I had a lifetime warranty on battery but they didn't have my battery in stock so in order to drive it home, I was offered a Ford battery or rental car....my daughter was not off age for a rental so we had to go with the Ford battery but not have the lifetime warranty anymore which was very annoying and a waste.
