This error meant safety lane restriction, parking assist and wiper rain sensing was non functional. We had our car in multiple times and after frustrated by Bickford Service dept, they washed their hands on repair. Their technicians stated the front camera was not the problem and that our manufacturer original front windshield was warped. I got a second opinion so took it to AutoNation. I called AutoNation and Jarys immediately called back. He was understanding and helpful and agreed his technicians would help. They fixed it, it turned out the technician at Bickford Ford had not completed Dynamic re-alignment of camera, which AutoNation found! Thankyou, Thankyou Jarys Cortez you are a rock star for assisting with my concerns and guiding us to the repair. Morale of the story, take your Ford to AutoNation, they Rock! More
I go to the ford dealer for service so that I can keep it simple and follow exactly the manufacturer's service recommendations. The service rep proposed instead a much more expensive and aggressive schedule, simple and follow exactly the manufacturer's service recommendations. The service rep proposed instead a much more expensive and aggressive schedule, insisted I was wrong about what the manufacturer suggested and told me I had missed several required services (I hadn't). I finally had to go out to my car, get the owner's manual out of the glove box, and show them what the manufacturer recommends. I feel like I have to gear up for battle every time I go here with service reps that lie to my face about what's recommended by the manufacturer. It's exhausting and a bad experience. More
In December the mobile charger broke, needed a replacement. In February I had a sudden service appointment, assumed it was about the replacement. Nope. While there I complained about annoying sounds. 'Came with the car'....... Late February, finally the replacement was there. The service manager was not really friendly but suggested a test drive to listen to the sounds. The annoying sounds were acknowledged. I would receive a call soon after consulting a specialist. Now Early April, still no call, stil experiencing the annoying sounds. More
