Brought my truck in for recall on airbag and headlight alignment. Obviously no charge for recall work But service agent said that labor was billed at $215.00 / hr and that they charged 1 hours labor for alignment. Seems exorbitant for a relatively simple procedure, even though I was unable to do it correctly. Fortunately for me I was billed for only 1 hour. As closing time grew near and not having been notified as to status of my truck. I called and became involved in a nightmare. Voice directory picked up the call press 2 for service, then press another number if i want to check status on my vehicle this resulted ibeing directed back to main menu. Did this 4 times with same results. Called Parts Department and asked to be transferred to service . This put me back into main menu again. Gave up just came on down hoping It was done. Finally recieved call about my truck as I approached lot. Haven't been able test out alignment yet. Hoping problem rectifed. More

Compared to my previous dealership, Ford of Bellevue has provided exceptional service. I have found the service department to be extremely responsive and I feel they have gone above and beyond to try to acc provided exceptional service.
