It took 4 months to get the TCM replaced, and it was supposed to be covered by warranty. However, it took from mid October to mid December to finally get the rental covered by Ford. I have been trying t supposed to be covered by warranty. However, it took from mid October to mid December to finally get the rental covered by Ford. I have been trying to get reimbursed for the rentals I paid for, but have been completely ignored for the last 5 months by Chad at your dealership. This needs to be addressed and the reimbursement needs to be approved ASAP. Someone needs to contact me and get this issue resolved. More

Even after not having my vehicle for 3 weeks and the computer and cameras supposedly being replaced I am still having issues with dark and blurry pictures on the sides of my 360 camera views. Called and made a service appointment (2 weeks in advance) for an oil change and notified the employee that I would be waiting and asked about how long the appointment would be. They noted about 90 m advance) for an oil change and notified the employee that I would be waiting and asked about how long the appointment would be. They noted about 90 min. Arrived for my appointment at 7:00am, which is when the service department opens. I checked in with no issues and again noted I would be waiting and confirmed an approx. 90 min wait time with the employee. I sat in the waiting area and started working on my laptop. a few minutes passed and another employee came over and stated they had no technicians to do an oil change. Very confused, I asked how they had no technicians for my appointment, especially at opening time when servicing vehicles starts. The employee stated that he has no time frame as to when the work could be completed as they have no technicians. That was the only explanation I received with no apology or attempt to fix the issue. The employee was confrontational and not pleasant. I forgot to get his name, hopefully he was not a manager. I will never use this dealership again. I have never had this issue dealing with the dealerships in Kent, Auburn, and Renton, but those are not "Auto Nation", which is apparently a good thing! Please train your staff at better customer service. And why are there no technicians available when the service department opens? More
