My experience in October 2024 was nothing short of a disaster, reflecting a disturbing trend of poor customer service that seems to have plagued this dealership since summer 2024. I scheduled a "same-day service" appointment for a complex issue, likely covered by extended warranty. Instead of the promised same-day diagnosis, I was told it would take at least 3 days to look at my car. It actually took 7 days just to diagnose the problem after dropping it off. Communication was non-existent. The entire service department routinely shuts off their phone lines when overwhelmed, leaving customers in the dark. After two weeks of failed attempts to reach them, I discovered they hadn't even ordered the necessary parts, falsely claiming a two-week delay for warranty approval. The incompetence continued for 7 excruciating weeks. I was consistently fed lies about my repair starting "in the next few days”. When I finally gave up and went to retrieve my vehicle, they couldn't even start it. They had left my year-old battery to die in the cold for nearly two months! To add insult to injury, they left parts loose in my car and failed to reassemble components properly. The cherry on top? Another Ford dealership fixed the original issue with just one hour of labor - no parts needed. This ordeal cost me over $2,000 in rental car fees, plus additional expenses to recharge my battery, not to mention countless hours of stress and frustration. Attempts to escalate the issue were met with stonewalling. Service managers and the dealership GM were unreachable, and even Ford's corporate feedback channel yielded no response. It's clear that AutoNation Ford Bellevue has no interest in customer service or in jobs that don't immediately pad their bottom line. This appears to be a systemic issue at AutoNation Ford Bellevue. Recent reviews since summer 2024 indicate a change in personnel and a sharp decline in service quality. The dealership seems uninterested in any work beyond "express service appointments," preferring to hold vehicles hostage until customers give up in frustration. The lack of accountability is staggering. With no General Manager (the position is currently vacant based on a job posting for the role), there's no one to address these serious issues. AutoNation, the parent corporation, seems indifferent to the dealership's failures. I strongly advise anyone considering AutoNation Ford Bellevue to look elsewhere. This dealership has become a black hole for vehicles, time, and money. Save yourself the headache and find a service center that actually values its customers. More

These guys treated me royally! Service Writer Conner said he’d see what he could do and found a tech (Brad) coming off lunch break who said he’d check it out. He came back w a temp fix until a part arrived 3 days hence and they got me in the following day to install it. I realize they wouldn’t have been able to help me like that if it wasn’t minor, but they didn’t have to do it anyway; they could have simply given me the next appointment 3 weeks out.
