Jeff Davenport is the internet/fleet sales manager. He was WONDERFUL. I was looking for a very particular color/style/interior and he not only tracked one down at another dealership but helped to present was WONDERFUL. Our experience with Jeff Davenport at this dealership was, without a doubt, phenominal. We started with an in town Ford dealership, but soon after speaking with Jeff we knew we found the right guy and t was, without a doubt, phenominal. We started with an in town Ford dealership, but soon after speaking with Jeff we knew we found the right guy and the right dealership. Our experience was 6 months in the making, literally. In August of 2010 we pre-order a 2011 Ford Explorer from Jeff and the Bellevue Ford Dealership, and on February 9, 2011 we picked it up. From the beginning to the end Jeff bent over backwards for us and gave us his all to make this experience wonderful. If we had questions all we had to do was call. If he wasn't available, he always called us back, not 2 or 3 days later, usually the very same day. To him all questions are good questions and the correct answer is the only good answer. If he was 95% sure about something, he would dig to make sure it was 100% correct when he told us. During the 6 month process he updated us, as he was updated. He was always honest, friendly, and there when you needed something and still is. He made this experience easy, fun, exciting, and well worth the wait and drive. But most of all, he made us feel like all consumers want to feel, appreciated and important. Thank you Jeff, for the best vehicle purchase experience we have ever had. More
I emailed multiple dealers in the Seattle area to collect price quotes. Ultimately, the price quote for this dealership was within $100 of a dealer north of Seattle. Salesman Tim had an overall very low pressure approach that made the car buying process much more pleasant than some of the other salesman I communicated with at other dealerships, so I decided to purchase the car here. I don't know if this represents the overall philosophy of the dealership or if it's just Tim's personality. More
