This was, by far, the easiest experience I've had searching for a car! Everyone is extremely friendly and inviting from the moment you walk into the dealership. There's a lot to choose from but the great thing is that there's no pressure to purchase anything if you're not comfortable with it. The cars are quality and plentiful. I didn't think I'd be buying a car right on the spot because I, to say the least, was very attached to my current car. It was the first one I ever bought myself! This experience was awesome so I went ahead with it because they had the perfect car for me and made it easy to make the decision for myself. Never once did I feel the pressure to have to go outside of my means and buy something I couldn't afford. The car that I was trading in was not in the best of condition and, frankly, was a complete disaster inside. Jeff handed me boxes to pack up the things I wanted and never once made me feel uncomfortable about the condition of the inside. As soon as my transaction was fully completed, I called my best friend and had her start looking at cars as she's in the market to purchase too. Seriously, this was awesome and I love my 'new' car a ton...now to pick out a good name for it! More
I recently purchased a low miles used 2010 Mercury Mariner (compact SUV) for my wife from Rey Espinosa at the dealership. Rey was plenty courteous, quite helpful even going so far as to deliver the car to me down in Tacoma a couple days later, and brought in the sales manager when I was negotiating for my best deal. So Rey did all the right things in support of my used car purchase. And in follow-up phone calls after the sale Rey was always trying to do what he could to help tie up some loose ends. And I just want to say about some of the negative comments out there, it’s always easy to feel the sales guy is at fault if you think that you didn’t get your best price, but know that your sales person can only do so much as they don’t own the dealership. Their job is to put you in the right car for the right price. But that doesn’t mean that you may not have been able to buy the same car somewhere else for less. You’re also paying for service, vehicle inspection, convenience and the assurance of professional dealership and staff should there later be trouble with the vehicle. But please don’t blame the salesman if you now have buyer’s remorse. You could have walked away. They didn’t force you to sign the sales contract. More

At the purchase, I noticed a couple of mechanical issues and they agreed to fix them without making any problems or excuses. The purchase transaction itself was painless. Then the service department was a pleasure to work with and they had no problem to work on a European car, even though they're a Ford Lincoln dealer. What's more important, they fixed those problems and then some, and I am VERY impressed with their customer service. They made me a VERY happy customer and an Auto Nation customer for life, as this is my second car I bought from an Auto Nation dealership (BMW Bellevue is the other one). The other dealership is just as GREAT as this one and both truly want you to enjoy your car. Impressed, extremely satisfied and happy! More

Sales wont return calls (Eric) Everyone points the finger at the other and nothing gets done. Of course, its all my fault for not keeping the appt, no one seems to have a record of the fact I did not keep the appt because I was told the part was not there. This is obviously a scam to prevent honoring "we owe" provisions. Or course, as soon as they got our money, no one wants anything to do with us. What a scam, typical of the stero type stories you here about auto people. Now, apparently, time has expired. Nice work Bellvue ford/lincoln. Now its my word against a bunch of sleaze balls that will work togheter to screw the consumer. All I can do is spread the word about my experience. The dealer of course, continues on. Who cares rigth? More
Jeff was extremely helpful. He lived up to his commitment he made on the phone with us. We live about an hour N. of the dealership. I purchased a Mustang Convertible in July 2011. Very nice car but found out when it rained, which does alot in Seattle area. Rain hit and found out that this car was not as perfect as they had said. Water normally goes down side of top, into side panels of back seat and drains out. I had on each side of car a sloshy lake. Was really bad. The sales manager and Kevin fought on this in regards to taking care of it. After a bit, they finally decided they would look at both sides and fix whatever was wrong at no charge to us. They said that the drain holes were very clogged. They said it is a difficult thing taking it all apart and would take the whole day to do it. I remember them calling some hours before it was originally suppose to be done though. I wondered then if they had really done both sides or just said they would. It was fixed, they said, and we did pay nothing. Was happy with it for a couple months till the lake developed again on driver side. Called into service and they told me to bring my car in again, but would check with the service manager and call me back and confirm all this. Never did hear back from anyone for three days. I finally called back and talked to service manager. I believe now I was right, that they really only did do the one side. They tell me now to go to a professional on this matter and that they would not take care of it. Would never go to Bellevue Ford again, for any reason. Highly recommend Ford of Kirkland though where there are so many nice, knowledgeable people. Service department at Ford of Kirkland has been the absolute best as be bought our new Edge there. Would never let Bellevue Ford ever touch my car, not even for a maintenance. Would NEVER recommend Bellevue Ford!!!!!!!!! More
