Very poor communication! I had an appointment to drop off my car on Thursday morning, the job was not done by Thursday night so I gave permission to leave the the car over Thursday night. Absolutely no commu my car on Thursday morning, the job was not done by Thursday night so I gave permission to leave the the car over Thursday night. Absolutely no communication on Friday, they wouldn’t answer their phone, they wouldn’t call me back. Finally I had to show up in person on Saturday to take my vehicle back (the job had not been completed) because there was no way to contact them about was was going on with my vehicle. I would not recommend. More

Due to the high volume of vehicles ahead of mine , getting into the service bay took a little longer than anticipated. When it did make it in the diagnostic phase was performed and repairs made quickl getting into the service bay took a little longer than anticipated.
