The dealership does not allow for price negotiation. The minimum 50-point inspection on a used car is automatic. My understanding was that they check the brakes. After picking up the car on my first drive, I noticed the brakes were stuttering. When I took it to Les Schwab for a brake inspection, I was told the rear brake calipers were frozen. UGH! This could have been costly if I did not find out. This would have been important the dealership shared with me and offered to remedy so the car was safe to drive. FRUSTRATING! I also never received the final results of the 50-point inspection (i.e. was the oil changes, etc.). On the other hand, my sales representative was friendly and enthusiastic. Even the financial representative was easy to work with in completing the final paperwork. This was my first car purchase ever and I wish the dealership would have worked harder with me to make this experience superb. I love the car nevertheless and look forward to using it on my daily commute. More
I get it, nobody want's to deal with Car Dealerships whenever they are in the market for a car. In todays market, I got my Bronco Sport for MSRP. No additional dealer markups, no mandatory dealer add-ons. What you see on their website is the exact price you will pay for. Alper Gokeri answered all my questions and explained to me everything. No trickery or BS. He was always straight to the point, kind and honest. Same with the F&I Manager, Tina Tachell. No pushy extended warranty sales pitch. She mentioned it, I respectfully declined and she acknowledged it. No pressure. I will be telling all my friends and family to give AutoNAtion Ford of Bellevue a consideration when buying a car. Went down to get my license plates and mentioned to the salesman my hood was not properly aligned. He suggested we have service take a look at it. We moved the truck to service and chatted for a couple minutes. A tech walked by us and looked at the corner of my hood, walked around us to the other corner of the hood. "It's the bump stop," he said. He (Michael Roberts) opened the door, popped the hood latch, ignored my yapping chihuahua, closed the door, opened the hood, adjusted a couple of rubber-screw thingies and closed the hood. Two minutes and everything lines up! Nifty. Why no 5? Even I don't get a 5, so 4 is as good as it can get. Great dealer. More
