Brought in my son's F150 to get routine service done prior to him going back to college. Was ready to get full down load on how much I should probably do, but instead, was told that nothing more than m prior to him going back to college. Was ready to get full down load on how much I should probably do, but instead, was told that nothing more than minimum work was needed, an oil change, rotation of tires and that was it. My side view mirror on passenger side was broken and need to be replaced. My service adviser was Peggy and she was fantastic. She told me the part was in stock and she could have it replaced that day. Took m to be replaced. My service adviser was Peggy and she was fantastic.
