Excellent service. I love this location! Peggy is a joy to work with and I feel very confident in the info she gives me each time I bring my car in for service. Disclosure: I work for AutoNation and while some might say my opinion is slanted, I will assure you, it is not. Unfortunately, I have experienced some of our locations that were not as stellar as this one. As I observed interactions of other employees with other customers, I saw each one handled very professionally and positively and heard many happy and grateful customer reactions. Great job to all! The staff was friendly and Dave was quite helpful. He saw I had a premium warranty and made sure I received all the benefits it affords without needing to ask. Only drawback was the dealership’s mechanics were so overbooked I was told I would need to leave my vehicle at the dealership for 10 days to have my trunk latch assessed. I require my car and the latch is an inconvenience so I was forced to delay its repair until a slower period in the year. More
I took my car in for recall notices, at first parts were not available on the first scheduled visit. I called later and found that parts and service were available. The service adviser was very rude and that’s just not the way to treat someone that just spent $90k at your dealership. The good part was that I asked to see the service Manager and he was very good to work way to treat someone that just spent $90k at your dealership.
