The service adviser was very rude and that’s just not the way to treat someone that just spent $90k at your dealership. I bought my car from AutoNation Ford Arlington. That experience was great. We have an extended warranty of the car. We had a warranty issue arise and took it back to the dealer to fix. However like some dealerships, they attempted to add some cost to our visit with additional services. We were not happy with it, and contacted the service manager. He was less than helpful, so we contacted the General Manager, who was excellent. He was attentive to our needs and understood our concerns. We were satisfied he was able to remedy the problem. We will be happy to return in the future. More
