Took over 3 hours for an oil change after arriving at a 10am appointment. Which sent my truck to end of the oil change line. Ps: when you call dealer service line, the calls are xfered to an appointment s 10am appointment. Which sent my truck to end of the oil change line. Ps: when you call dealer service line, the calls are xfered to an appointment service who get paid for setting up appointments, and your best bet is to grab a service advisors card and bypass the other. Service tech attempted to sell me an air and cabin filter that I didn’t need. I was told I had a screw in my tire which was unrepairable. Service tech Don tried to sell me 4 tires. It was a very small screw in middle of tire which discount tire had no problems repairing. And all this with Ford premium care on the Truck. Last time I was told I needed to have brake system flushed with only 35,000 miles. I scheduled an appointment with a door lock recall and took truck in and after taking out the old parts I was told that they didn’t have the correct parts and i couldn’t get my truck back and I didn’t qualify for a loaner car-again this car has Ford premium care. All Very sloppy service in my opinion More
The service price seemed unreasonably high but my service rep (Jamie) was great. He kept me informed and ensured my truck was ready when I needed it to be. Excellent service. I love this location! Peggy is a joy to work with and I feel very confident in the info she gives me each time I bring my car in for service. Disclosure: I work for AutoNation and while to work with and I feel very confident in the info she gives me each time I bring my car in for service. Disclosure: I work for AutoNation and while some might say my opinion is slanted, I will assure you, it is not. Unfortunately, I have experienced some of our locations that were not as stellar as this one. As I observed interactions of other employees with other customers, I saw each one handled very professionally and positively and heard many happy and grateful customer reactions. Great job to all! More
