Melissa was great! However, my technician didn’t tighten spark plug in after doing a full tune-up and oil changed which caused my truck to run rough for a few hours. 2nd time at this service department and both times my wife took our Expedition in for service she was lucky enough to have ONE employee willing to help. The others were standing around, talking with one wife took our Expedition in for service she was lucky enough to have ONE employee willing to help. The others were standing around, talking with one another. No other customers in the lobby. No one bothered to come out to the service lane to help (that's what they are supposed to do, right???) and she sat there waiting. When she walked in, no greeting and pretty much made sure to even look the other way. When you purchase a $70k vehicle, I would expect a much better experience. More
