Good service and I was pleased except they ran short on the synthetic oil I was having changed. I had to wait until two more quarts were delivered to the dealership so they could finish the oil change. the synthetic oil I was having changed. Took my car in the day after Thanksgiving to get a recall fixed as it made it impossible to drive the 3 hours back home. They got it done the next day and washed my car. Very nice and professional staff, esp fixed as it made it impossible to drive the 3 hours back home. They got it done the next day and washed my car. Very nice and professional staff, especially Peggy! Loved coming here and it put my mind at ease More
Overall satisfied. Can't go wrong with getting truck worked on at a dealership. Only problem is the price. They wanted to charge me 37 dollars for engine air filter but it only costs 20 bucks at o'reill worked on at a dealership. Only problem is the price. My complaint would be it is ridiculous to have to wait in line at the dealership 10 days before work can be done. At least let the vehicle be taken home so it can be used especially since you have no rental line at the dealership 10 days before work can be done. At least let the vehicle be taken home so it can be used especially since you have no rentals available. Then bring in when you are ready to begin the servicing. When the work was finally done the issues were resolved under warranty. That part was done nicely, but the under “ warranty” repairs still cost me over $1300.00 because I had to rent a car because you had my vehicle for almost a month. No one can do without their vehicle for the extended wait time and extended delivery of parts for vehicle repair. I talked with other dealers who also agreed with me any they said they would never do that. Mind you the other dealers were not Ford. I understand Covid times are different than normal, but Ford would benefit with a different policy on appointments for work to be done on vehicles. If it weren’t for the waiting time and leaving vehicle while just sitting in line at the dealership I would use them again. As things stand Ford dealerships are my last resort. All this being said Paul who was my contact was very nice and did a great job of communicating with me during the long situation with my vehicle issues, and seemed to get the issues resolved thankfully. I would not recommend the service center not because the work that was fine but because the wait time at the dealership to even begin work on the vehicle. So it is really and yes and no answer not a cut and dry yes or no recommendation. More
Good customer service. With impressive follow through and communication. My service representative went over and above to make sure I was keep up with my service status. communication. My service representative went over and above to make sure I was keep up with my service status. More
The dealership’s service department is what kept me coming back to buy numerous vehicles from AutoNation Ford. However, this time, the product, the Ford Edge has been disappointing. coming back to buy numerous vehicles from AutoNation Ford.
