Service rep was very helpful. When I drove up the entrance was blocked. And everything was dark. The power was out due to an accident . I was checking doors and they appeared to be closed. As I was entrance was blocked. And everything was dark. The power was out due to an accident . I was checking doors and they appeared to be closed. As I was getting back in my car the service truck rep came running out to let me know they were open. Took that extra effort to make sure I was taken care of. More
Waited twice as long as told multiple times. Paid for a Mustang key fob that I was told when ordered by 2 different people was more expensive that a Ford one. It was supposed to be put on hold for me. Be Mustang key fob that I was told when ordered by 2 different people was more expensive that a Ford one. It was supposed to be put on hold for me. Because I didn’t have name of person, it couldn’t be found. So I paid for it but, didn’t receive. Dante said same price, but not what I was told when appointment was scheduled. Was told 1 maybe 1 1/2 hour wait. Was there 3 hours. No apologies. Won’t be back. More

Autonation has serviced our F150 from new in 2018. We have an MPP mechanical and service warranty. Every time we book a service we have to convince the service department that we are covered. On this lat have an MPP mechanical and service warranty. Every time we book a service we have to convince the service department that we are covered. On this latest occasion, we had to try and convince Melissa after she stated adamantly (along with her equally adamant colleague) that we would not be covered and we would be charged accordingly. After trying to convince them otherwise and being spoken to in what can only be described as a condescending and rude way, we managed to persuade her to call the warranty company. As on every previous occasion, they were told by MPP that we were indeed covered. Begrudgingly and in a totally unapologetic manner she said that our F150 would receive its 45k mile service. Our vehicle only received an oil change. No other work was completed. We did state that we did not require the tires to be rotated, but why wasn’t the rest of the work carried out? After sales care is a great measure of a dealers business. We ordered a new Ram yesterday. Your loss Autonation Ford. More
Dave at Autonation Ford in Arlington handled my repairs with ease. Great communication, did what they said they were going to do, handled the extended warranty processing, arranged for a loaner car, and g with ease.
