The work was done in s timely manner and I was kept informed as to the progress and costs. The service representative did an excellent job in getting the warranty work approved quickly. The only concern I have is that I discovered a screwdriver under the hood when I opened the hood a day or do later. That could’ve been a big issue if it had fallen into the engine at some point. More
