He also went to battle for me with the warranty company that did not want to pay my $4k repairs since it was a fairly new policy. Joshua kept in contact with me to give constant updates throughout the process. Much appreciated! It would have been 5 stars but the inconvenience of dropping off my vehicle 2 weeks before you can even look at it put a bad taste in my mouth. Great job Joshua! More

The people were polite, prompt, and disclosed the cost. I drive a hybrid, and the high voltage system in a 2009 Ford Escape needed to be jump charged. The cost was over $700.00! That’s because “they didn’t have the right type of charger and had to order it shipped in and out. That’s a lot for a battery jump. But they told me that in advance, they did what they said they would, and they charged me what we had agreed upon. I agreed to it, because I had no other options. Turns out the hybrid can’t sit for thirty days without running. Lesson (expensive lesson) learned. More

I tried to set up a service appointment using their online request system...unsuccessful. Never got an explanation as to why that didn't work. Was told over the phone that my cabin air filter needed r online request system...unsuccessful. Never got an explanation as to why that didn't work. Was told over the phone that my cabin air filter needed replacing. I had just replaces it with one purchased from Rock Auto about six months prior. Battery was failing fast. (original battery). The difference in price between their lifetime warrantied battery and the 60 month battery was about $50 (with coupon). So I opted for the lifetime warranty. Time will tell on how that one works out. I had purchased a 2017 vehicle from another ANF dealer in another city. I had purchased ten oil changes, paint, tire and wheel appearance coverage and a whole slew of other warranties with that vehicle. Drove it for ten months. Got totaled by a wrong-way driver. After having asked for refunds on those "extras" I had purchased, the finance manager at the dealership where I had purchased the vehicle just looked at me like I was trying to pull a fast one and I had all of the warranties in my hand at the time. I had used one oil change of the ten I had purchased. My next vehicle was purchased at Echo Park. That's the place to buy a good used vehicle if you are looking. Don't buy one from this place. It's a rip-off. More
