I worked with service manager Jaime Heiland to get my 2014 Ford Focus TCM module replaced after it suddenly went out. It is a hard part to obtain due to the supply chain crunch. They had my car 3 months 2014 Ford Focus TCM module replaced after it suddenly went out. It is a hard part to obtain due to the supply chain crunch. They had my car 3 months due to this. Jaime gave me the Ford support number as I was seeking further assistance with rental payments during the months incurred. I contacted Ford representative Taalina Zamora via the number he provided. She opened a case and arranged to get my rental car payments completely taken care of over this period. Ford is reimbursing $2000 at a time to cover the expense. I notify her upon receipt of each payment card and she arranges for the next. I was initially upset when I submitted my first survey response and I regret it. I perceived I had not received a response back on my case and it affected my response. Imagine my disdain for myself when I got the first payment 2 days later. I don't mind saying I can admit when I am (and was) wrong. Ford is a great company and these two employees are shining examples of the support it provides! I appreciate both of them for their efforts in this trying time for them and me. I know they have to be swamped with such requests due to the supply chain issues. Their efforts to endure and continue to satisfy customers is indeed impressive! Kudos to them both and Ford! More
