I had my 2011 Ford Ranger in for service on Thursday 11/2/23 I needed a oil change, tire rotation and transmission service. They called me and said my truck was stuck in park. All was well until Saturday when I went to go to the store. The plastic that is on the steering column where they went in to fix the shifter is not staying up It falls down.
