They did an okay job, came in For an oil change and a tire rotation. They sent me a picture of my air filter and asked about changing, reluctantly agreed because this was something I could have done Myse tire rotation. Saw where they changed my cabin filter without asking, for another $100. I have changed my oil here since my pickup was new in 2019 but this seriously has me doubting going back. Not a happy customer. More

Took my truck in for my 60,000 mile check up. End up spending $1200 took get multiple things done. Get my truck home and remote start wouldn’t work. Take it back the next day the rep helping me says they don’t work on remote start, then I reminded him it came with the truck. This was after he had no idea who I was. I told him the same guy you have been texting today. Then he takes it back and they had no clue how to fix and would have to call a special place to find out. So take it home then he calls me and said a tech said to take the cables off the battery. So I said no I’ll bring it back, then it got fixed. So three trips later it was fixed. More
I scheduled my vehicle for service due to couple of small manufacturer recalls. Peggy was very polite, professional, and knowledgeable, she got me scheduled and service was performed in less time than estim manufacturer recalls.
