Online I loved the vehicle. Exactly what I wanted. Next day I was notified (not in friendly manner) that price was incorrectly posted online. Third time in for "The Works" scheduled maintenance on my vehicles this year and each visit has been great. Always greeted with a smile (behind a mask of course) and a warm welcome. First off, the salesman Mike I worked with was great. He was professional, helpful, and wasn't pushy. The finance person John was TERRIBLE. He was unfriendly, tried to grossly overcharge me on the price of the car and the interest rate, and took things personally when I did not accept his offers. He tried to overcharge me on the car by $10k over MSRP claiming this was "market value adjustment". I walked away and 2 days later they called me back and took the 10k off. Their "Brand Promise" is "You'll see a low price, upfront, on every car, truck, and sport utility, so you'll save time and money." Obviously this is a lie. John also claimed their system wasn't working when trying to use my Bank of America loan pre approval, instead pushing me to take their interest rate which was significantly higher. I would not recommend this dealer to anyone. More

First of all, Dylan (salesman) was fantastic. I had been looking at new trucks and narrowed it down to the F-150 or waiting for the hybrid Tundra. All of the members of the dealership were professional and helpful, which was a surprise because of how the vehicle market has been recently.
