My daughter was all set to buy the vehicle she was considering. However when she discussed it with her husband they decided the expense was a little too much for their budget. He took the time to explain and discuss all her concerns with much patience and attention. We could not have asked for a better salesperson. We bought our '21 Edge from him and that is why I suggested to my daughter that we deal with Ricky and AutoNation. I feel very sorry that we could not :"pull the trigger" on this deal because Ricky put a lot of effort into trying to make it happen. It just came down to economics and budget constraints. Service level is bad. It took over a week just go look at my truck. Joshua was ok but I had to text him daily to get any service.
