The experience with Mr. Andrew’s was excellent. My only problem was with the finance section. We waited 3 hours before our paperwork was completed, as if waiting 7 months fo Andrew’s was excellent. We waited 3 hours before our paperwork was completed, as if waiting 7 months for the truck was not enough, John Glenn was distracted and did not take the time to explain what we where signing and we had to correct several mistakes. The bottom line is that we did not appreciate his attitude towards us. Wait times was just to long. We had an appointment and I felt there was no reason to wait 3 hours. More
