Dealership would not allow me to use my own financing. Also car price was rated as high. Plus we have found minor things about the car that we feel the dealership should have taken car such as replacin Also car price was rated as high. Plus we have found minor things about the car that we feel the dealership should have taken car such as replacing windshield wipers. Also, the wait to see loan officer was excessive. The people were courteous but overall experience was not great. More

AutoNation messed up on two pieces of paperwork when I purchased my new truck. They refuse to fix either one. Not only will they not fix it they wont even have the courtesy to respond to my emails! The mo purchased my new truck. They refuse to fix either one. Not only will they not fix it they wont even have the courtesy to respond to my emails! The most import issue is they started my warranty 3.5 months earlier than I bought the truck. So in stead of 36 months it's 32.5. Do NOT trust Mr. Snyder or Mr. Lewis! More
The service provided by the dealership so far has been excellent. Josh has been great. However, we are not happy with Ford. They have violated our trust. We brought in our expedition for repair of phaser excellent. Josh has been great. However, we are not happy with Ford. They have violated our trust. We brought in our expedition for repair of phaser noise. Ford refused the repair because we are 147 miles out of power train warranty and apparently the cut off date for this repair is 2/28 of this year. That means that thousands of ford vehicles are driving around with this problem and they have no chance of getting it repaired. The problem is due to poor engineering on fords part and I fail to see why there has to be cut off date for this repair. It is a manufacturer's defect. They keep telling us that no damage can o cut. But I disagree. The phasers are not being oiled properly and so over time will fail. This could happen on an expressway at 70 miles per hour or in the middle of nowhere putting my wife and grandchildren at risk. We have owned several ford vehicles in our family but I don't think we will ever buy another one. Ford has known about this problem since at least 2017 and yet they continued to sell vehicles with defective and poorly engineered engines. We have bought from ford in the past because we trusted them but that trust has been violated. Oh and by the way these phasers have failed on ford vehicles because of this problem. Our expedition is still at the dealer right now. We are going to put in a case with ford. I don't expect that that will turn out positively so we may take steps to make this experience public. We are a family of veterans and did not expect to be treated this way by THE TEXAS TRUCK manufacturer. I and my family are extremely disappointed and angry at ford. Not the dealership as I said Josh has been fantastic but his hands are tied!! More
